• Camera & Image Data: The application requests camera access solely to enable users to capture photographs of curriculum documents, textbook exercises, or teaching notes.
• Device Identifiers: A non-resettable device identifier or hardware binding signature is collected strictly for license key authentication, access validation, and quota tracking.
• Locally Generated Files: Lesson plans, diary entries, and exported PDF documents are saved locally to your device storage via scoped media directories.

2. Purpose and Method of Processing

All captured images, extracted text fragments, and formatting instructions are transmitted securely via encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connections to our secure algorithmic processing proxy. Processing occurs ephemerally and solely to parse document text and structure formatted instructional lesson plans. We do not permanently store or archive raw user images on processing servers.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Captured document images are processed in volatile memory and are not retained once the output has been returned to your device. Generated diary entries and PDF records reside entirely under your direct control in local device storage and can be permanently deleted at any time through the application or your device file manager.

4. Third-Party Sharing and Advertising

We strictly respect your privacy:

• No personal contact data, captured textbook imagery, or student records are ever sold, rented, or traded.
• No third-party tracking, ad networks, or commercial analytics SDKs are embedded within the application.
• Data is never shared with external advertisers or commercial entities.

All network communications between the application and processing servers utilize industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS) encryption to protect against interception, tampering, or unauthorized data access.
