This Privacy Policy outlines how Teacher Diary ("the Application", "we", "our") handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting educator privacy and maintaining strict data security standards.
All captured images, extracted text fragments, and formatting instructions are transmitted securely via encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connections to our secure algorithmic processing proxy. Processing occurs ephemerally and solely to parse document text and structure formatted instructional lesson plans. We do not permanently store or archive raw user images on processing servers.
Captured document images are processed in volatile memory and are not retained once the output has been returned to your device. Generated diary entries and PDF records reside entirely under your direct control in local device storage and can be permanently deleted at any time through the application or your device file manager.
We strictly respect your privacy:
All network communications between the application and processing servers utilize industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS) encryption to protect against interception, tampering, or unauthorized data access.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy or data security practices, please contact administrative support via the support channels provided in the application.
